The first question relevant here is, what is RSS? From Wikipedia: RSS is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated content such as blog entries, news headlines, and podcasts in a standardized format. RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with web sites in an automated manner that can be piped into special programs or filtered displays.

Modern browsers like Internet Explorer and Firefox can automatically import RSS feeds so you can easily get up to date with site content. Browsers like Firefox automatically see RSS feeds per page on U2start.com, displaying a small RSS-icon in your address bar (open the active topics page for example). On this page you can get an overview of available RSS feeds, suggestions for new ones or changes are always welcome in our forums.
